We do not accept sponsored post requests, paid placements, guest post proposals, or link exchange requests. These enquiries will be marked as spam and not receive a response.
All subscriptions, billing, and refunds are managed by Apple through the App Store. We cannot view or modify your subscription from our side.
To manage your subscription: on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. On Mac, open the App Store, click your profile, then Account Settings.
For refunds: visit reportaproblem.apple.com or tap the receipt in your email.
If you genuinely still need to contact us after the above, use the General Enquiry option.
To fulfil a data access, export, correction, or deletion request, we need your unique anonymous ID so we can locate your data.
Where to find your ID: open AlcoLog on your iPhone, go to Settings then Data & Privacy, and copy your unique ID.
What we do with your details: we will temporarily pair your email with your ID only to action your request. Once resolved, we delete the correspondence. Your name and email are never stored alongside your data in our systems at any other time.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. Press and media requests are prioritised.
